There's little doubt in my mind that it was an empty threat. Just trying to get one up on the personal insults that were being thrown around.

It crossed a line that is pretty much universally recognised. Don't bring family into it where those family members don't participate in these forums (apart from the yo' mamma jokes that get thrown around) and definitely don't bring children into it.

Like I said, I doubt she'll be around any of the sites for a while at least. This indicates she knows what she said was wrong and is waiting for the dust
to settle or has gone off to find somewhere else to hang out. Whatever the case a personal apology to jimmy35 is definitely warranted.
