Mods?

As great a job as Reep and Chief are doing, I understand that between the two of you TLC can't be moderated 24/7.

SO I propose a special kind of mod for after hours. I dont mean one with the 1337 powers that admin has, but just the ability to edit posts. Especially posts that go too far over the line like including personal details (which I am noticing someone by the name of bushpig is starting to do)

Any thoughts as to who?

I will make a poll later, but need some ideas as to who would be up for the task (if we are allowed to go ahead with it, of course)

Just looking at the three guys who are there currently, all of them are admins.
Here are my guesses (only guesses here chief it's ok I understand)
The Main Board - Catjizz Fake(along with the three fellas that are there)
Suggestions board - The three that are there currently.
NSFW board - Flawed Genius, Swamp Creature and two of the admins
Thread Hell - Chief, Angeleyes

I remember when I read a mods forum on a BB that was about to be shut down, the personal vitriol was disgusting and vial. Not just the understandable stuff directed my way but the poor innocents who thought and still think these people are their mates ... hahahaha! This is way I am firmly of the belief that Mods must be actively partaking in the discussions of the BB they are modding, otherwise you end up with a Mods forum that's as busy as the main board.

BTW TLC needs a woman's touch in the mods department....
