On the weekend a few friends and i hit rottnest to catch up for a few beers. On saturday night at the pub, we noticed a large proportion of 35-45 year old women without partners, in fact, over half the patrons were of this demographic.

Intrigued, and urged on by the fact that some of them were actually in pretty good nick, we wandered over to investigate, to learn they were all members of a over 35's hockey team on an end of season trip.

Anyway, so as you do, my mate says to a group of them.

"You guys are total cougars"

After being met with blank stares, he went onto explain that the cougar was a more mature woman, who basically hangs out in bars in an effort to pick up younger blokes.

Some of these women, remarkably, took offence, thinking this was a negative thing, which resulted in my mate backpeddling rapidly, trying to explain that many cougars are in fact "Milfs", a word more complimentary to the ladies in question. This seemed difficult for my mate to articulate however, and I couldn't help but think that given the rather inebriated state of everyone present, that a powerpoint presentation or some such would be of benefit.

Which brings me to the title of this thread...

Here we see the large milf population, represented by the red circle. Many of these milfs, while looking extremely sexable, are in fact happily married and not hanging out in bars looking for young man penis. These are not cougars.

However, many milfs are in fact not in happy marriages, and are either divorced or looking for some hot action, and thus do hang out in bars looking for young man penis. It is at this stage they become part of the cougar class, represented here by the blue intersect. It can be seen that many cougars are in fact also, milfs.

Finally, we have the cougar which is either not attractive at all, or attractive and without kids. This is the un-milfed cougar. Shown here by the yellow segment.

See...much easier to understand.

Feel free to create your own representations. It doesn't have to be a Venn diagram. It can be a bar chart, pie chart, dot or box plot...its up to you.

He creeps in ninja style, quickly grabs a bottle of stoli and another of jack, and runs out giggling.

Everyone still asleep, so brazen prick goes back in and takes a flash photo for proof.

Then went home and necked drinks, but no, no roots
