I didn't get the server is busy message much yesterday, just the site wouldn't load at all 90% of the time for me. Thought someone had hacked my mainframe for a while there. :p

OK I think I know a cause(note not the cause) of the server busy messages.

I recieved a bunch of emails from TLC just then, as I do periodically(cbf disabling). Anyway the entire time I was receiving emails the server was busy. When I received the last email, the server was no longer busy. This may be a coincidence, or it may be that the server is busy when it is firing off emails to members. If it is the latter, do this at an organised time(say 4am) to all members, so that it isnt busy.
