That's pretty hardcore. I think they call it "caveman training" because there's no plan and every workout is different. There's videos of Brock Lesnar doing the caveman training too.

Yeh they don't tell sherk shit before it, I've seen both and sherks is obviously way more hardcore, but for his size lesnar goes alright. The fucking chemical mask that's blacked out, I can't imagine doing that tbh lol.
