That sounds similar to the Saints Div.1 Dream Team league I'm in. The leading overall points scorer just missed top 4 on percentage and then lost his elimination final today by 2 points to the guy that just scraped into eighth spot last week.

Meanwhile I made it through to a prelim with just 1546 pts due to my opponent having 4 donuts and getting 1511 pts and I'm currently ranked 8th overall.

There ain't no justice sometimes.
